Chili Contest With The Sterns

REDDING — The Mark Twain Library will present a chili contest at the West Redding Fire House on Saturday, February 5, beginning at 7 pm.

The event will be hosted by Jane and Michael Stern, the authors of Chili Nation: The Ultimate Chili Cookbook With Recipes from Every State in the Nation. The Sterns are the authors of more than twenty books about America including Eat Your Way Across the USA. They write the award-winning “Two For The Road” column in Gourmet magazine, and their television appearances include Good Morning America, The Today Show, Oprah! and The David Letterman Show.

Cost for the event is $20 per person. Tickets are on sale at the library, at the intersection of Diamond Hill Road and Route 53 in Redding.
