The school district’s previously scheduled Wednesday, January 20, Community Forum has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 27, at 7 pm. It will take place in the superintendent’s conference room at Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street.

The Community Forum this month is structured differently than recent forums. Rather than have Superintendant of Schools Joseph V. Erardi Jr lead a discussion on a specific topic, the January 27 event will invite individual questions or comments to be shared with the superintendent in a one-on-one or small group setting.

Dr Erardi and selected staff will be available to meet parents and discuss with them the topic of their choice.

Parents and community members planning to attend should notify the superintendent’s office in advance at 203-426-7621to set a ten-minute window within the open evening and to share talking points.
