Your Healthy Pet will host a homeopathy lecture and book signing on Friday, January 29, at 6 pm. The free event will feature Dr Wendy Thacher Jensen and Dr Jeff Feinman, and will include a question and answer session.

Dr Jensen is a Cornell-trained New Hampshire vet who has practiced 100% homeopathy for the past twenty years. She has seen her success rate in treating chronic diseases increase dramatically since leaving traditional practice.

Realizing the work it took to train herself away from the traditional medical model, she wrote The Practical Handbook of Veterinary Homeopathy: Healing Our Companion Animals from the Inside Out (November 2015, Black Rose Writing). The 214-page book was written to help her clients more easily make the same transition, and will be available for purchase after the talk.

Dr Jeff Feinman is a certified veterinary homeopath based in Weston. He has helped thousands of pets overcome illnesses, allergies and other immune disorders and lead happy, healthy lives.

He is also a conventional qualified vet, so pets receive integrative veterinary care with modern medical diagnoses but homeopathic therapeutics.

Dr Feinman takes a holistic approach to a pet’s care, examining their physical, behavioral lifestyle and environmental history to get to the heart of the problem. Only then will he suggest treatments that will aid a pet’s recovery and promote future health.

Space is limited, so reservations are requested. Your Healthy Pet, at 61 Church Hill Road, can be reached at 203-270-7387 (203-270-PETS) for reservations or additional information.

Your Healthy Pet owners Tom and Mary-Kay Novak apologize in advance, but pets are not allowed at the lecture.
