Local PanCAN Affiliate Forming
Local PanCAN Affiliate Forming
MONROE â The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is pleased to announce that a new affiliate is forming in Connecticut.
Volunteers are being sought for leadership roles, as well as general volunteers for all sorts of opportunities. To learn how you can join the local fight against pancreatic cancer, and meet friendly, like-minded volunteers committed to the cause, an affiliate meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 3, beginning at 6 pm.
The group will be meeting in the Ehlers Meeting Room of Edith Wheeler Memorial Library, 733 Monroe Turnpike.
Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) is the national organization creating hope in a comprehensive way through research, patient support, community outreach, and advocacy for a cure.
PanCAN advocates know that a community network is the driving force behind progress. Thousands of volunteers, survivors, health care professionals, researchers, and donors are already making a difference in the pancreatic cancer community. Now it is time to bring the fight to a new corner of Connecticut.
