Vladimir Jirinec and Lisa Anne Rigoli

Vincenzo and Charlene Rigoli of Brushy Hill Road, Newtown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Anne Rigoli and Vladimir Jirinec, son of Vladimir and Bozena Jirinec of Lee’s Summit, Mo.  Ms Rigoli and Mr Jirinec are residents of Falls Church, Va. 

The bride-to-be graduated from Newtown High School, class of 1993, and is a 1997 graduate of George Mason University with a BS in public administration.  In 2002 she graduated from George Mason University School of Law.  She is an attorney with the International Trade Administration, employed by the US Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C.

The future bridegroom graduated from Lee’s Summit High School in 1994 and received his BS degrees in mathematics and computer science from Truman State University in 1998.  He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maryland Smith School of Business with an MBA.  Mr Jirinec is director of advancement services at the University of Maryland.  He is also owner of Jirinec Properties and Richardson Technologies.

An April wedding is planned.
