Eileen Holleran of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Christine Penney of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

Attorney Paul Otzel of Milford represented the sellers and attorney Peter Ambrose of Fairfield represented the buyers.
