Emma M.    Walser

Emma M. Walser, 76, of Litchfield, formerly a resident of Newtown for many years, died on January 17 at Rose Haven Nursing Home.

Born in New Brunswick, N.J., Mrs Walser had retired from T.R. Paul in Newtown where she had worked in the claims department. Predeceased by her husband Dominic, she is survived by her daughter Jill of Mechanicsville, Va.; three sons, Kurt of Litchfield, Chris of Quinton, Va., and Eric of Torrington; and five grandchildren; a brother, Gasper Kuhn; and a sister, Kathy Kuhn.

Prior calling hours have been omitted. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, at 10 am, directly at St Stephen’s Church, 6948 Main Street (Route 25), Trumbull, with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown.

Arrangements entrusted to the Lesko-Miner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street (Route 25) Monroe.
