Always Ready And Willing

To the Editor:

The holidays were warmer this winter for several communities in lower Fairfield County due to the generosity of a local business owner. Many thanks to Debbie Kaza, owner of the new South Main Street Deli, who not only spent countless hours collecting hats, coats, gloves, and socks, but also became a drop-off point for the ongoing Warm Toes Program.

In addition to the above, the deli will be hosting weekend art exhibitions to assist several Newtown High School students to meet the necessary requirements for their art classes.

We are indeed fortunate to have a business owner in our town that is always ready and willing to support our community and help those in need.
