River Glen Fine Arts Gallery To Close

The River Glen Fine Arts Gallery, at 3 Washington Avenue in Sandy Hook, will be closing its doors for good as of January 31, 2006.

The gallery will continue to present “American Impressionists in France,” a collection of paintings by Dick McEvoy and Frank Federico that were done while the two friends were traveling through Paris, Giverny and Provence.

There are also a few paintings on view by Rainie Crawford, Frank Federico, Leslie Lillien Levy, Dick McEvoy, Alain J. Picard and Peter Seltzer, and sculpture by Sterett-Gittings Kelsey.

Gallery hours are Tuesday from noon to 4 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm. Appointments may also be set up by contacting gallery director Carol Garbarino 426-7713 at garbo8@aol.com.
