NHS At Choral Festival In Danbury, Sat.

DANBURY — Newtown High School will join several other Fairfield County choral groups in presenting a public concert as the conclusion of the 3rd Annual High School Choral Festival, sponsored by the Pro Arte Singers. The concert will be presented Saturday, February 12, at 6:30 pm. It will be in Ives Concert Hall, on the midtown campus of Western CT State University, 181 White Street.

Admission is $6, and tickets will be available at the door. The program will include brief programs by each participating high school, a chamber ensemble of Pro Arte Singers, and then the combined choirs performing works of Haydn and de Sermisy. Call 203/322-5970 for additional information.
