Due to the weather, the Newtown Board of Education meeting that was scheduled for Thursday night, January 20, has been postponed to Friday night, January 21, at 7 pm.

Superintendent of Schools John Reed will unveil the district’s 2000-01 budget during the meeting, which will be held in the high school’s lecture hall.

The budget presentation will also be televised live on Channel 17.
