Moving Violations

About 6 pm January 17, police spotted motorist Juliana Revoredo, 33, of Danbury driving a vehicle with a defective headlamp on South Main Street, so they stopped her to investigate.

Police charged Revoredo with failure to have a functioning headlamp, driving with a suspended vehicle registration, and driving without a license.

After she posted $100 bail, police released Revoredo for a January 31 court appearance.

Riverside Road

About 2:30 pm January 16, motorist Cyril Dennerlein, 76, of Nunnawauk Road, who was driving a 2001 Subaru station wagon, was exiting a driveway on Riverside Road, as motorist Jill Gonski, 33, of Chipmunk Trail was driving a 2002 Nissan station wagon eastward on Riverside Road, police said.

The two vehicles collided. There were no injuries. Police verbally warned Dennerlein for failure to grant the right of way.
