Divorce Support Group Forming

DANBURY — An eight-week divorce and separation support group will be conducted at the Women’s Center of Greater Danbury on Monday evenings beginning January 24. The program is free and confidential.

The divorce and separation support group is designed for women who are contemplating divorce, going through divorce, or who have been recently divorced. It will explore such topics as the mourning process of divorce; self esteem; coping strategies for stress, anger and loneliness, and moving beyond the divorce.
