Cynthia Jeanne Hoover

Cynthia Jeanne Hoover, 42, of Bridgeport, formerly of Newtown, died January 18 in St Vincent Medical Center.

Born in Hanover, N.H., she had been a Newtown and Bridgeport area resident most of her life.

Survivors include her parents, Nancy (Craig) McGrath of Mill Spring, N.C., and David Hoover of Wallingford; a daughter, Renee Daniele Hoover of N.C.; one brother, James Burghoff, Jr, of Whitefield, N.H.; four sisters, Christine Marsh of New Milford, Elisabeth Miller and Amy Burghoff, both of Hendersonville, N.H., and Kimberly Walton of Wallingford. Private services took place at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements were by the Abriola & Keleman Funeral Home of Bridgeport.
