Chamber Plans Annual Meeting

The Newtown Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual business meeting and dinner dance on Saturday, January 22, at 7 pm at the Stony Hill Inn.

The business agenda includes election of officers and board of directors. The proposed slate includes: Christina Maturi, president; Alan Clavette, vice president; Robert P. Carroll, Jr, secretary/treasurer; Don Droppo, for a two-year term on the board of directors, filling a vacancy; Joseph Humeston, Roger Moore, Frank Gavel, Jr and Michael Neiman for three-year terms.

Candidates also may be nominated from the floor.
