Vincenza Ann Giandalone

Wife, Mother, Grandmother

Vincenza Ann Giandalone, 79, a resident of Millbrook, N.Y., for four years and formerly of Sebastian, Fla., and Sandy Hook, died January 12, surrounded by her family at her home. Born in the Bronx on July 26, 1928, she was the daughter of Nunzio and Felicia Avignone Sanzaro. She is survived by her husband John L. Giandalone, whom she married on March 25, 1951.

She is also survived by her children, John Giandalone and his wife, Mary, of West Chesterfield, N.H., Lori Hodgkins and her husband, Brud, of Millbrook, N.Y., Thomas Giandalone of Hopewell Junction, N.Y., and Lianne Faughn of Haines City, Fla.; her grandchildren, Johanna and Brandyn Chapman, Victoria, Stephanie, and Matthew Lask, Jonathan, Sarah, Joseph, and Peter Giandalone, Vincent, Richard, Lianne Marie, and Daniel Giandalone, and Patrick Collier; her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Jacob Chapman, Emma Capra, and Alyssa Lask; her brothers, Louis Sanzaro and his wife, Pat, of Sebastian, Fla., and Caesar Sanzaro of White Plains, N.Y.; her sister, Frances Carbocci and her husband, Wally, of Fort Pierce, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs Giandalone had been employed by Grolier Books in Danbury and was a member of Valley Bible Fellowship Church, Union Vale, N.Y.

The funeral service was held January 15 at Valley Bible Fellowship Church, Union Vale, N.Y., with the Rev James Wickstead officiating. Interment followed in Clove Cemetery.
