‘Unity & Diversity’ Programs Preview

Unity and Diversity, a cable television program that features leaders and representatives of various religious communities in our area, can be seen on Mondays at noon and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications channel 21.

Programs for the coming weeks will feature the following special guests: January 21 and 23, the Reverend Leo McIlrath, coordinator of Corpus: a Catholic Faith Community, will be interviewed by Tony Wiggins, a coordinator of Voice of the Faithful (VOTF); January 28 and 30, the Reverend Paul Beavers, director of pastoral care at Danbury Hospital; February 4 and 6, Sister Bridget Mary Meehan, coordinator of the God Talk television series in Richmond, Va., will discuss the Roman Catholic Women’s Ordination Conference; February 11 and 13, Dr Cathy Chesto, The Sacrament of Priesthood; February 18 and 20, Sr Bridget Mary Meehan, “A New Look at Mary Magdalene.”

The program producer and host is the Reverend Leo McIlrath, coordinator of Corpus Christi: An Ecumenical Catholic Faith Community.

Programs will also be viewed on Comcast Cable (Channel 23), on Wednesdays at 6 pm and Fridays at 11 am.
