Sophia Halena Pechenko

A daughter, Sophia Halena Pechenko, was born to Eric and Brook Pechenko of Goldens Bridge, N.Y., December 18, at Northern Westchester hospital, Mount Kisco, N.Y.

Sophia weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are James and Deborah Stiewing of Newtown.

Michael and Joann Pechenko of Bethpage, N.Y., are the paternal grandparents.

Samantha Natalie Diaspro

Joseph and Theresa Diaspro of Newtown announce the birth of a daughter, Samantha Natalie Diaspro, born January 6 at Danbury Hospital.

Samantha weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 18½  inches long. She joins a brother, Dillon, 4 years old.

Maternal grandparents are Vincent and Naty Barrasi, New City, N.Y.

Joe and Beverly Diaspro of Southbury are the paternal grandparents.

Briana Lynn Gaydosh

A daughter, Briana Lynn Gaydosh, was born to Mindy Kovack and Justin Gaydosh of Fairfield on October 11 at Danbury Hospital.

Briana weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces at birth, and was 19 inches in length.

The maternal grandparents are Scott and Lynn Kovack of Newtown.

Barbara and Gary Gaydosh are the paternal grandparents.
