Junior Colonials Champs At Holiday Tournament

The Danbury Junior Colonials Western Bantam “A” team emerged the champions at the Stamford Holiday Tournament on December 26. After losing its first game to the combined Stamford A/A1 team, the team came back to win four straight games, bringing home the big hardware. Members of the team from Newtown include Hunter Dolyak, Brett Klein, Alex Kelly, Evan Isaacs, Josh Branchflower, and Ted Benoit. The team’s coach is Mark Allen; assistant coaches are Mike Bonelli, Rich Dibble, and Andy Kurjiaka; and manager is Andrew Segiet.
