Presnell Earns GRI Designation

James R. Presnell of Effingham County, Ga. has joined the ranks of other top producers by earning the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.

He was awarded the designation after completing 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering such subjects as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. These courses are taught by leading real estate instructors from around the country.

Mr Presnell has been successfully selling real estate for 10 years and has been a top office producer and a multi-million-dollar seller, comprising of over 25 million dollars in real estate. In addition to being licensed in Georgia, he is a licensed Realtor with Newtown Country Realty, Inc.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Savannah Board of Realtors, a member of the Effingham County Exchange Club, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Board of Realtors in Newtown. He is a Veteran of Foreign Wars with a life membership and an officer at Post 308.

Mr Presnell has also been a contractor for over 15 years, and now builds spec houses as Kraft Haus Creators in Effingham County.
