Seniors: Living A Quality Life

A new ten-part Connecticut Public Television Series, Seniors: Living A Quality Life, will begin airing on the fourth Thursday of each month from January through October.

The series topics will range from sharing the secrets of longevity and exploring ways to stay in one’s home longer to elder law and prescription drug issues.

The first episode, on January 22 at 9 pm, will be “Living to 100” and “Family Caregiving.”

It will be followed by “Grandparents as Parents,” February 26; “Elder Financial Abuse,” March 25; “Preventing Falls,” April 22; and “Senior Housing Options,” May 27.

The series then continues with “Exploring the Senior Network,” June 24; “Nutrition and Meal Options,” July 22; “Elder Law,” August 26; “Prescription Drug Issues,” September 23; and “Transportation Options,” October 28. All episodes begin at 9 pm. For more information visit www.cptv.org.
