A New Class for the Young Chef
Culinary Kids is offering a cooking class offered to children ages 18 months to three years.
In addition to learning how to make applesauce and cookies, the class will also tackle more challenging recipes, from Challah bread-making to vegetable frittatas.
The five-week class will meet Fridays from 12:30 to 2pm beginning January 16 at the Maimonides Academy, located at 103 Miry Brook Road in Danbury.
Classes are ongoing. Participants who join after January 16 will be charged on a pro-rated basis. The $75 fee includes all materials. To register or for more information call Culinary Kids at 748-7129.
