To the Editor:

On behalf of the residents of Nunnawauk Meadows, I want to thank the Newtown Junior Women’s Club, who in coordination with Golden Opportunities, included our residents as recipients of the Tag-A-Gift program this holiday season.

Due to the overwhelming generosity of our community, each resident received a gift and our office took many calls from grateful residents.  Most of them wanted to send thank you notes as they were very appreciative.

The response from the community through your Tag-A-Gift program for seniors is heartwarming during this holiday season and beyond with many thoughts of people in need throughout the year.  We are truly thankful that the folks at Nunnawauk are included in this generosity.
