A Photographic Tour Of Yellowstone Park

Bill Snellings of Ridgefield will present a slide show of his photographs taken at Yellowstone National Park during the next Flagpole Photographers meeting. The group will be in the lower meeting room of C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, on Thursday, January 20, at 7:30 pm.

Mr Snellings is a past president and longtime member of Candlewood Camera Club in Danbury. He shot many of his photos in the fall of 2009. He enjoys landscape photography, is an expert at creating slide shows, and has judged many camera club competitions in Connecticut. He will also be one of three  judges the Flagpole club’s competition that evening.

The assignment for club members this month is “cars,” though they will also compete in open color and black and white. 

Members will also be advised of future local and international competitions that are forthcoming in February and March and the club’s annual exhibition at the library in April.

Guests are welcome for Mr Snellings’s presentation and the competition. There is no fee to attend, and reservations are not required.
