Computer Classes For Seniors

DANBURY — Danbury SeniorNet is currently registering adults ages 50 and over for its four- and eight-week computer courses at Elmwood Hall, 10 Elmwood Place.

For beginners with no prior computer experience, there is a four-week Computer Fundamentals course, which starts Monday, January 24, and runs from 1 to 3:30 pm.

Introduction to Personal Computers will start on Thursday, January 27, and Using the Internet will start on Tuesday, January 25. Both courses are eight weeks long and run from 1 to 3:30 pm each week.

The course fee is $25 each (Computer Fundamentals is $10) plus $40 annually to join SeniorNet. Courses are held at the Senior Center Annex (Old Jail), 80 Main Street.
