Preschool Openings

MONROE — The Monroe Early Childhood Intervention Center, housed in Monroe Elementary School, is now registering children for preschool classes for the 2007-2008 school year.

The caring staff provides a variety of activities including movement, music, and cooking, among many others. The Monroe Early Childhood Intervention Center also provides services to youngsters 3 to 5 years of age who qualify for special education because of developmental delays or handicaps. The program features a townwide “Neighborhood Kids Program.”
