Family Yoga Day Planned

WOODBURY — Woodbury Yoga Center’s next Family Yoga Day will be on Saturday, February 10, from 3 to 4 pm.

This will be an opportunity for the whole family to learn about yoga together. Yoga develops good coordination, posture, and strength.

Woodbury Yoga Center offers classes that are suitable for all ages and levels, novices to experienced practitioners.
