Joe The Barber

To the Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Joe on his retirement from a business that he obviously enjoyed so much. More than that, he gave so much enjoyment to the customers he has served over these many year.

When I first heard Joe was selling his business last year, I was hoping that I could convince him to work with me a day or two a week. However, Joe had made a commitment to the new owner and being a man of the highest integrity, he declined my offer.

Joe has my sincere admiration and I wish him all the best as he begins this new phase of his life. He will truly be missed by his customers and all of Newtown. “Joe the Barber” is the epitome of class and professionalism.
