HOM And Middle Gate Bus Schedules To Change

Superintendent of Schools Janet Robinson reported this week that Head O’ Meadow and Middle Gate School parents have been alerted to upcoming bus changes that will take place on Tuesday, January 15. Letters were sent to the families affected by this change and a reminder will be sent prior to the date of implementation.

These changes are being implemented in an effort to eliminate bus overcrowding and to shorten some of the longer bus routes without the additional expense of added one or more buses. The district Ad Hoc Transportation Committee, composed of parents, bus drivers, Board of Education members, and district staff worked hard to successfully solve the problems experienced in the Tier 3 system.
