B’nai Israel To Celebrate Sisterhood

SOUTHBURY — B’nai Israel of Southbury will welcome Shelley Lindauer, the national executive director of Women of Reform Judaism, as a guest speaker at Friday night services on January 18 at 7:30 pm.

Ms Lindauer will join help the synagogue celebrate the recently formed Sisterhood of B’nai Israel. Sisterhood members will participate in the service, to which the public is invited, and Lois Zeidler will be honored as having been selected to serve on the national board of Women of Reform Judaism.

Dessert will follow the service.
