New Charter Internships Begin Jan. 27
Charter Communicationsâ Community Vision 21 program is accepting applications for the video production internship. Internships are non-paid and are open on a first-come, first-served basis to residents in Charter Communicationsâ franchise area.
Interns will receive extensive training in all aspects of video production and can use the experience to produce their own community television programs to air on the cable station Community Vision 21.
The internship offers various opportunities to different people. High school and college students can receive school credit. The program has also proved helpful to some people as an effective way to gain valuable experience if looking for a new career path.
Franchise residents can become involved in their communities and work with others who hold the same interests. All of the interns can produce their own programs and receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the session.
The deadline for applying is January 21. People who reside in Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Bookfield, Kent, Monroe, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Roxbury, Sherman, Southbury, Trumbull, Washington and Woodbury are eligible for the internship.
