Richard S. Eibsen

Richard S. Eibsen, 75, formerly of Weston, died January 7 in Norwalk Hospital.

He was the father of Janice A. Eibsen and Wendy G. Eibsen, both of Sandy Hook.

He was the husband of the late Audrey (Gager) Eibsen and was born in Union, N.J., the son of the late Louis and Clara Eibsen. He was a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology and until his retirement was a mechanical engineer with the Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. He had served as a second lieutenant in the US Army during World War II.

He is also survived by a twin brother, Robert Eibsen of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Funeral services and interment were private.

The Magner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
