LEGAL NOTICE

PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-394 of the

Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Annual

Audit Report of the Town of Newtown has been received by the Office

of the Town Clerk. The Audit Report has been prepared by

MahoneySabol CPAs and Advisors, Certified Public Accountants and is

available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk

during regular business hours. Also included in the Audit Report

are the Comments and Recommendations of the Auditor as well.
