WASHINGTON â For thousands of years Native Americans have known the secrets of healthy life through traditional healing methods.
On Saturday, January 17, The Institute for American Indian Studies will offer a free screening of Native American Healing in the 21st Century. The 40-minute film offers a comprehensive look at these same plants and herbs that continue to play an ever increasing role in natural remedies and solutions today. The program will be included in regular museum admission, $5 adults, $4.50 seniors and $3 children.
