Skills For Busy Moms: Delegate To Thrive
On Thursday, January 16, the C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, will be hosting a lecture titled “Skills for Busy Moms: Delegate to Thrive.” This in-person event will take place from 7-8 pm in the meeting room.
This program will feature personal and professional coach Melissa Kascak. Kascak will share strategies to streamline responsibilities and save valuable time. She will also discuss the hidden costs of not delegating, the three barriers that prevent working moms from delegating, a step-by-step process for delegating household tasks and work projects, different approaches to setting up a family/team for success, and the crucial communication technique that nurtures collaboration.
