To the Editor:

On behalf of the Newtown Democratic Town Committee, I would like to congratulate our newest State Representative, Raghib Allie-Brennan, for his leadership appointments for the upcoming legislative session. Raghib will be taking on two leadership roles, serving as the assistant majority leader and the vice chair of the House Energy and Technology Committee. Raghib’s hard work and dedication will serve Newtown well as he takes on these leadership positions in his first term.

Congratulations and thank you for stepping up to make our town and our state a better place for all of us.
