Audubon Center Trail Days

SOUTHBURY — Trail maintenance is a year-round requirement for Bent of the River Audubon Center. Volunteers are needed to help with keeping trails free of debris.

On alternating Wednesday afternoons during January and February, Barbara Starr will welcome volunteers who are interested in helping with light trail work. Ms Starr will be at the center from 1:30 to 3:30 pm on January 26, February 9 and February 23.

Bent of the River is at 185 East Flat Hill Road, in the South Britain section of Southbury. Volunteers should meet at the center’s barn, bring work gloves and wear sturdy footgear.
