GSC Computer Services Reorganizes As C-Co Technologies, Inc.

GSC Computer Services, Inc. of Newtown and its sister companies SoftPac, C/Scan, Inc., and Way NeatStuff announce their reorganization under one company name, C-Co Technologies, Inc. The name change was effective as of January 1.

“The consolidation of all the companies and divisions under one corporate entity is strictly an organizational event. Beginning next year, all the companies will be doing business as C-Co Technologies but the scope of work for each of them will not change,” said Chief Financial Officer Ken Naas on December 30.

C-Co Technologies and its divisions will be based at the new corporate headquarters, 30 Church Hill Road. The phone number is 426-7100; the fax number is 270-1548.

GSC Computer Services, Inc (GSC), established in 1979, is a technology focused company providing the latest IBM AS/400 based solutions for qualified retailers. It assists medium and large retail based companies in establishing point of sale platforms along with the required data networking.

SoftPac offers the coordination and installation of telecommunications, information and networking systems. The company provides installation services nationwide for big and small retail companies and is an authorized Toshiba Phone System Dealer.

C/Scan Inc. is a wholesale distributor; its clients are exclusively re-seller organizations that require barcode scanning technology to sell to their respective end-users. Way NeatStuff offers Web site development and hosting. It is an authorized dealer for RapidSite, the company that provides the hosting services.
