Moving Violations

Police report that on the morning of December 29, they spotted motorist James Kinsella, 48, of Trumbull driving southward on South Main Street with an expired registration sticker on the vehicle he was driving. Police stopped Kinsella to investigate and charged him with displaying an improper registration sticker, driving under suspension, and driving without automotive insurance.

After processing Kinsella’s arrest, police released him on a $200 bond for a January 20 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
