The Newtown Public Schools Music Department has released the dates for scheduled upcoming concerts. All concerts are free and open to the public.

The Newtown High School Composers Concert kicked off the spring concerts on April 20 at Newtown High School, and featured the work of students in music theory and music technology programs. The following is a list of upcoming events, date, location, and time.

Head O' Meadow Elementary School fourth grade spring chorus concert and art show, Wednesday, May 4, at the school, 7 pm.

Hawley Elementary School fourth grade spring concert and art show, Wednesday, May 4, at the school, 7 pm.

Sandy Hook Elementary School art show, Wednesday, May 4, at Chalk Hill Middle School in Monroe from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, which will coincide with the school's Math Literacy Night.

Middle Gate Elementary School fourth grade spring chorus concert, Wednesday, May 5, at the school at 7 pm.
