Mt Pleasant Road between Taunton Lane and Hawleyville Road, temporarily closed to through traffic until a gas line repair is completed, has bee reopened to two-way traffic.

A gas line was nicked during construction work on the Hawleyville sewer system project this morning. The pipe break occurred on the north side of Mt Pleasant Road, just east of its intersection with Taunton Lane.
