Catherine Steindl

Catherine_(Krchnavy) Steindl, 94, of Carefree, Ariz., formerly of Trumbull, after a courageous struggle, died on May 24. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Henry Steindl.

She is survived by her children, Irene and her husband, C. Harold Schwartz, of Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Newtown; David and his wife, Robin, of Sanford, Fla.; and Linda and her husband, Peter P. Koteas, of Carefree; grandchildren, Danny Schwartz (Chris), Amy Schwartz, Kim Steindl, Nichole Steindl, David Steindl (Tanya), Barry Steindl, and Kellie Valdez (George); five great-grandchildren, Amanda, J.D., Zoe, Zyon, and Henry; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Bingo.

She was an inspiration to everyone that met her and leaves us all with many, many fond memories. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Services have been held.
