To the Editor:

I most enthusiastically support the candidacy of Jordana Bloom to serve on our Legislative Council representing District 2. I have had the pleasure of knowing Jordana now for many years. Jordana is smart, caring, honest, dedicated, and sincere.

She has not only previously served on the Legislative Council for two terms, and so is full of valuable experience, but she has also run her own successful small business (and so brings a sharp-eyed economic perspective to the Council), raised four children in Newtown, been involved in innumerable charitable causes, and has even gained a valuable perspective by having lived abroad with her family.

To add to her considerable qualifications, Jordana currently works at the C.H. Booth Library as strategic project manager. Jordana is clearly a knowledgeable and deeply involved member of our community. In addition, Jordana loves Newtown and understands what community means and how important it is to Newtowners. If you live in District 2, please do the right thing for Newtown and vote for Jordana on November 7.

We will all be in good hands with her on board.
