The Working Women’s Forum, an association of local professionals and entrepreneurs, will feature a talk titled “Successfully Working With A Partner.”

Mary Wilson and Patrick Kearney, who are owners of Queen Street Gifts & Treats, have been friends for more than 30 years. They will discuss the benefits and difficulties of working with a partner, including identifying specific skills, developing goals, and getting along when things get stressful.

Both have backgrounds in the design industry, and have created a unique and inviting atmosphere at their business right in the center of Newtown.

The program will be held Wednesday, February 11, at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road. Networking and dinner begin at 6 pm followed by the presentation.

For reservations, e-mail register at rsvp@workingwomensforum.net or call WWF President Patricia Marlin at 203-426-7022. The program and dinner fee is $10 for members and $25 for nonmembers, with a cash bar.

The group gratefully accepts canned food, personal health, and beauty items for the Newtown FAITH Food Pantry.

Mary Wilson and Patrick Kearney, the co-owners of Queen Street Gifts & Treats, will be the guest speakers for the next Working Women's Forum.
