Screenings Set

 For Women

BROOKFIELD – New Milford Hospital will hold a cervical and breast screening for women on Wednesday, June 7, at the Brookfield Health Center. Gynecologists Paul Krieger, MD, John Sussman, MD, and Carol Papov, MD, will provide the screenings from 6 to 8 pm.

The breast examination (not a mammogram) by the physicians is free and includes instruction on self-breast exams. There is a $15 fee for the cervical exam that will include a Pap test.

Women with previous abnormal pap tests or mammograms will not be screened. The only exception will be women with no medical insurance. Women must be at least 18 years old, must not be menstruating, and must not douche prior to screening.
