If you enjoy indulging in the delicacies of local and international cuisine with fine live music at your favorite local eateries, then prepare to join us for the inaugural Newtown/Sandy Hook Restaurant Week celebration during the week of September 26 to October 2.

This week of culinary celebration can be enjoyed at any of our many fine restaurants, with 22 featured Newtown/Sandy Hook restaurants offering a range of fixed price menus and/or special menu items. The featured restaurants will please your particular taste with international delicacies including Italian, Thai, Irish, Japanese, English, Indian, progressive American, and fusion cuisines.

Your dining atmosphere will be enhanced by the "Music in the Streets" performances of local musicians and students at key locations on Friday, September 30, and Saturday, October 1, between the hours of 5 and 7 pm, presented by the Newtown Cultural Commission and the Board of Education.
