To the Editor:

The past several weeks has been very motivating for me as a parent running for Newtown's Board of Education. I have met so many wonderful people, and been asked difficult questions about my position on key issues facing Newtown.

My response to all questions stems around my philosophy that we can provide quality education responsibly. The students will always come first, but I will keep a watchful eye on spending so as to keep overall expenditures under control.

Finally, with me you will have a board member who stands strong and fights for what is right. I will be your voice and make sure that my decisions are thoughtful and conservative.

When voting for Newtown Board of Education, I would be honored to have your support.
