With the high school's auditorium renovation project underway, this year's musical will be presented at Walnut Hill Community Church, 156 Walnut Hill Road in Bethel.

The musical is being prepared like a touring company show, as previously reported in

For the rehearsal on Thursday, February 16, students used the entire floor of the cafetorium to block out scenes and practice singing, under the direction of the production's director and NHS Choral Director Jane Matson.

Evita shares the story Eva and Juan Perón's rise to power to become first lady and president of Argentina.

Performances will be held Thursday through Sunday, March 23-26. Curtain is 7 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and matinee performances are planned for Saturday and Sunday at 2 pm.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students, children, and seniors. They will be available at the door, and will also be made available online to purchase in advance.
