Newtown High School To Host Orientation

For Incoming Freshmen

Newtown High School will host an Eighth Grade Orientation Program on Thursday, February 10 (snow date, Tuesday, February 15), from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Current eighth graders planning to attend Newtown High School this fall are encouraged to attend with their families. 

Students and their parents will have the opportunity to meet with administrators, counselors, and department chairs while gaining a comprehensive overview of NHS’s academic program, community resources and co-curricular opportunities.

All participating parents and students will meet in the school’s main lobby at 6:30 pm for a tour of the high school.
