Myron A. Adelman, 87, a resident at Masonicare at Newtown, died July 15. He was born in New Haven, a son of the late Betty and Michael Adelman, and was a United States Air Force veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict.

Mr Adelman's devoted children, Alice Baye and her husband Stephen of Newtown and Scott Adelman of Milford; daughter-in-law, Erin; and his adored grandchildren, Bryanne Baye, Dean Baye, and Chloe Adelman, survive him.

His beloved wife, Carolyn, predeceased him in 2001 and his son, Mark, predeceased him in 1981.

He was the proprietor of Austin's Men's Shop along with his parents, located in downtown Bridgeport.

Mr Adelman's family would like to thank the dedicated, extremely professional, and caring staff at Masonicare at Newtown.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 18, at 10:30 am, directly at Loyalty Cemetery, Burroughs Road, Fairfield.
